Hmm I don't even know what to write now...I've been subbing for about 2 months now. It's helped me realize several things.
1) I know how I do and don't want to run my classroom
2) I cannot teach at Tennessee High because I have done all of my guess and check learning there, and there are too many kids there who I've let get away with way too much...
