Migraines return

At the beginning of the year, I was having about 2-4 migraines a month then I stopped drinking coffee for Lent, and I hadn;t even had a headache since then, so I attributed the migraines to my massive amounts of coffee drinking...until I woke up this morning and started to see an aura. I ignored it at first because it was small, and I hoped it would go away. I threw a load of laundry in the wash, walked upstairs, and the aura almost covered half of my field of vision. So, I went into my room and grabbed my Excedrin Migraine (that Ryan made me get after my last migraine) and went back to bed for 2 hours. I feel a lot better now, but I'm still not 100%. The thing that bothers me the most is that I thought I had gotten rid of them. Now I'll probably go back to the coffee after Lent bc I don't see a reason not to. I may decrease the amount of coffee, but I won't cut it down as much as I would.

I have a love-hate relationship with caffeine. I wean myself off of it until I convince myself that the caffeine will help my migraines, then I build my tolerance back up. The thing is caffeine has NO affect on mine either way, though it does give me massive indigestion.

I'm sorry you had one today :( Hormones?

I would think hormones, but I'm right in the point of my cycle that hormonal fluctuations should be at their lowest point. Who knows
